Secret Disco Level is located on Legends of Aranna map, i.e. the map which is at the expansion of Dungeon Siege-Dungeon Siege Legends of Aranna.
To get there, you have to get the Staff of Stars-either by defeating the Shadowjumper through the Single Player or through the Multiplayer game. So when you get the Staff of Stars, you'll receive a message about completing the main quest. Then you can find the secret! From where the Shadowjumper was, head back until you see Goblin Automat. Then run north a bit and then run east. You should look to the left (north) and go to the north as soon as you will be able to. Then you will see the open door (it was closed before completing The Staff of Stars quest). The elevator inside will take you to the secret! (To get from Goblin Automat to Secret Disco Level it lasts approximately 70 seconds.)
So, there is the secret! Talk to the Disco Krug to receive two funny items:
1) Hat
Mac Daddy Cap of Procurement:

Makes You Smarter {+10 to Intelligence}
2) Spell
Bubberjack's Orb of Poultry
Nature Magic
A mystical chicken orbits the caster, shooting deadly eggs at nearby enemies.

Tip: If you are specialised to Ranged or Melee weapons and you are contented with your level (you don't want to increase your Strength/Dexterity anymore), then you can cast Bubberjack's Orb of Poultry on yourself and train Nature Magic. Skilled Melee/Ranged fighters usually have low Intelligence, but that doesn't mind since this spell requires only 1 Mana. You can train your Nature Magic skill relatively quickly if you will go to Veteran or Elite World! And the higher your Nature Magic Level will be, the more damage will your enemies take.
